Can you send me a catalog? Can I receive a sample of this card prior to placing my order? I have seen the graduation announcement I want elsewhere, but it is not on this site. Can you get it for me? Non-personalized items may be returned within 45 days of delivery of your purchase. The refund or credit will be made at 80% of the original sales price of the merchandise only (to cover 20% restocking fee) and return shipping will be made at the customer's expense. Please contact your fundraising advisor prior to returning the merchandise for instructions on handling the return. Please do not advise students to contact us regarding returns. We will accept returns only from the school or organization with prior authorization. Personalized announcements and name cards are not accepted for return. A proof of the final wording for your announcement will be sent and approved prior to final printing. If there is a printing error on any other personalized portion of the order (Name cards), please contact your fundraising advisor for a reprint at no charge.
