- Choose your announcement here. All announcements must be printed with identical wording and set-up. When appropriate, school name or graduation year may be substituted for graduate name on front.
- Announcements, name cards and accessory items will be offered at the same price level as at Graduation.Invitations4Less.com. Bulk ordering profits are passed on to the school organization. The more student orders placed, the higher the fund-raising profits. View a sample profit page.
- Individualized name cards will be available with any announcement chosen and students will be offered the opportunity to purchase other senior items such as Memory Books, envelope seals, name card albums, etc.
- Once you sign up, you will be assigned a personal sales representative to help you through your order process. Your representative will contact you via email within 24 hours of your sign up.
- All student orders must be placed online at our site, which will be customized for your school. View sample school page. For students who do not have Internet access at home, providing printed order forms or an opportunity to view the web site with their parents at school will increase your fundraising potential.
- Invitations4Less.com will collect and combine student orders and send to the school representative a single invoice itemized by student. Individual payments from students will be collected by the school representative and a single payment will need to be made to Invitations4Less.com on behalf of the school. No waiting for a check - your school keeps the profits immediately!
